The
government of Pakistan has developed an
organization that looks after the matters
of gwadar i.e. gwadar Development Authority
(GDA). It has planned an area of 46000 are
acres to develop initially.
It will be the first ever residential, commercial
and industrial area, simultaneously, in
gwadar to be developed officially. The
town planners of GDA have stretched a map
for the purpose. It is the gwadar Master
Plan. In this master plan each inch of the
land with in the plan has been planned ideally
as per universal standards. No step with
in the master plan can be taken without
the proper approval (NOC) From the GDA.
