Option 1: This is for those clients who wants to pay monthly installment for owning the plot in this option the client have to pay for 36 months and for 3 years. The amount which the client have to submit each month is 33,500 PKr, we have made this option for the client so that he/she may easily can pay the amount of installment without any panic.

Option 2: Our option two is for those who want to pay the half payment of total price of the plot in this the client have to pay the quarterly installment. This quarterly instalment comprises of 10 quarters in 2.5 years & each year consist of 4 quarters, the amount for the quarter is 120,000 PKR. It vary from client to client that which option he chooses and feel comfortable.
